Reviews of this Book
Internal Family Systems is one of the greatest contributions to the field of psychotherapy in the past twenty years. The book is very comprehensive of the model, but it is impossible to get a full appreciation of how to do the IFS without additional training. For those who are trained in IFS, the book is a resource guide and a reminder of the essential component. I recommend it highly to all therapists who are burned out with using antiquated models of psychotherapy that do not work and burden the client and psychotherapist.
